High Performance Ovens

Labec Performer ovens feature;

  • Temperature range - ambient +5°C to 220°C
  • Other  models have temperatures to 300°C, 400°C, 500°C and 600°c. 
  • Unique triple walled stainless steel interior air jacket 
  • Digital microprocessor based PID temperature controller with accuracy 0.1°C
  • Fan forced for increased temperature uniformity
  • Temperature fluctuations +/-0.5°C
  • Standard sizes from 16 to over 507 Litres
  • Top mounted entry port for thermocouples etc.
  • Options include safety controller, viewing window, extra shelves, communications port, custom sizes. 

 

 

Vacuum Drying Ovens

  • Temperature range - ambient +5°C to +150°C, 300°C and 400°C 
  • Aluminium or stainless steel chambers (aluminium for 150°c model)
  • Baked enamel zinc coated steel cabinet
  • Inconel element inside vacuum chamber
  • Valves for vacuum, bleed and purge of oven
  • Digital microprocessor based PID temperature controller accuracy 0.1°C
  • Vacuum gauge to -100 KPA
  • Removable aluminium shelf
  • Options include toughened glass window in door (20cm dia.) and vacuum pumps

 

 

Flame Proof Ovens

  • Suitable for  applications where volatiles are present e.g. paints, varnishes etc.
  • Temperature range - ambient +5°C to +200°C
  • Stainless steel chamber
  • Baked enamel painted steel cabinet
  • Chamber features an explosion/blowout port ratio 1:4.5 of chamber volume 
  • Continuous positive ventilation with top vent
  • Digital microprocessor based PID temperature controller  accuracy 0.1°c
  • Door activated timer for purge of elements (optional cycle timer)
  • Temperature stability +/-1°C
  • Conform to AS1681-1974
  • Options include special chamber sizes, chart recorder and programmable controller
